Learning to Fall Safely

A key part of the programme is learning how to fall safely.

For many adults, fear of falling is the biggest barrier to participation. This programme addresses that from the start.

Participants are shown:

  • How to fall in a controlled way
  • How to protect key areas
  • How to recover safely

Introducing this early helps to:

  • Reduce risk
  • Build confidence quickly
  • Support safe progression

Health and Participation

Participants are encouraged to take part at their own pace and within their own comfort level.

If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns about physical activity, we recommend seeking advice from a medical professional before joining a programme.

Please contact us if you would like to discuss suitability.
