- T-Stop
- Used for stopping or slowing down. The skater places all their weight on the forward skate and the rear skate is turned at an angle. The outside edge of the rear skate is dragged to reduce speed.
- Toe Protector
- A leather or faux leather cover. Designed to fit over the toe of a quad skate to protect the boot from getting damaged.
- Toe Stop
- A rubber stop that gets bolted into the plate beneath the toes. Used for starting, stopping and running.
- Transitions
- The process of changing direction from forwards to backwards, or backwards to forwards.
