How to – Basic Skating – Adults and Children
Our Basic Skating Skills courses will aim to teach learners about posture and balance, how to fall safely, and how to stop and glide. Aimed at children and adults ages three and over who have never skated or have not skated for some time and want to start to master the basics of skating on roller skates or inline skates. Each course is held over 6 coaching sessions which build on the skills learned in the previous session. With prices starting from as little as £5.25 per person per hour. How to – Intermediate Skating – Adults and Children
Our Intermediate Skating Skills courses will cover, hopping, transitions, weaving, skating backwards, gliding on one foot and forwards crossovers. These courses are aimed at anybody aged sixteen or over who has already mastered the basics of skating and are looking to further develop their skills. Each course is held over 6 coaching sessions which build on the skills learned in the previous session. With prices starting from as little as £5.25 per person per hour. Skating for Fitness
Our skating for fitness sessions will be weekly skating sessions aimed at adults who want to focus on skating to help towards getting fit. They are less focussed on how to skate and more focussed on games and exercises to help burn calories and improve fitness.
