Introduction

Back on Skates – 50+ is a structured programme designed specifically for adults aged 50 and over who want to stay active, try something new, or return to skating in a safe and supportive environment.

The programme focuses on building confidence, supporting gentle physical activity and creating opportunities for social connection. Sessions are carefully structured to ensure that participants feel comfortable, supported and able to progress at their own pace.

No previous skating experience is required.
